Dr. Minaya serves as the Chief Learning Officer overseeing a team of 100 learning professionals. Together they provide managed learning services in delivery, instructional design, content development, LMS support services and other learning technology support. The Training Associates Minaya & Associates provides senior level executive consulting services for The Training Associates. Dr. Minaya supports the development of their west coast operations and client management. Support for key clients such as PG&E is provided. La Salle University Dr. Minaya is an adjunct faculty member at La Salle University. Dr. Minaya teaches a 12 week online course titled "Training a Global Workforce". The course focuses on providing instructional designers in a Masters level course in how to better develop content for a multi-cultural audience. California Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Dr. Minaya is Chair of the CHCC State Leadership Development Committee which develops curriculums for chamber executives throughout the state. Solano County Education Consortium Dr. Minaya leads consortium efforts in complementing K-12 counseling, mentoring and tutoring as well as other initiatives. The focus of the Consortium in 2010 is at the middle school and high school level. |
